Michael Edward Gochman has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years, having held senior executive positions with the Rockefeller Group, Trump Organization, CBRE, and TechSpace.
Mr. Gochman founded and held the position of President and CEO of the Gochman Group since 2002. His experience covers many aspects of the commercial real estate business including tenant/landlord representation for both office and retail leasing, investment sales, asset management, project management, and structured finance.
Mr. Gochman is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He holds a BS from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Pace University.
