Prior to founding the Gochman Group, Mr. Gochman was the Executive Vice President for New Business Development and a Managing Principal of TechSpace (an international network of business communities and leader in providing alternative office space and services to emerging and established companies). Mr. Gochman developed new TechSpace sites in New York City and Toronto, Canada, while at the same time, supporting developments in Boston and San Francisco. He undertook due diligence in Atlanta, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Seattle, London and Copenhagen, and was responsible for research and market entry development, lease negotiations, real estate development, and the hiring/training of local site staff. Additionally, his responsibilities included the oversight of consultants, vendors and construction contractors. As market conditions in the commercial real estate industry began to deteriorate in 2000/2001, Mr. Gochman was placed in charge of sales and marketing for the entire TechSpace network, along with his other responsibilities. Mr. Gochman helped TechSpace raise $42 million in venture capital for both the expansion of new TechSpace locations and direct investment in start-up technology companies. In addition, Mr. Gochman was in charge of TechSpace Solutions' Real Estate Brokerage services practice.

From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Gochman was Vice President for the Trump Organization where he was in charge of the redevelopment, repositioning, leasing and asset management of 40 Wall Street, a 1.2 million square foot office tower in New York City. At the time, Lower Manhattan was considered the weakest office market in the country (based on vacancy rate). Mr. Gochman brought the building from 8% occupancy to 90% occupancy within two years. In addition, Mr. Gochman undertook property acquisition due diligence for The Trump Organization, including economic analysis and the procurement of debt financing. Working closely with Donald J. Trump, Mr. Gochman helped create a $300,000,000 asset out of Mr. Trump's initial equity investment of $1,000,000.

Prior to theTrump Organization, Mr. Gochman worked for The Rockefeller Group, where his duties included the leasing and management of Manhattan's famed Rockefeller Center Properties. Occupancy at Rockefeller Center stood at 98% during Mr. Gochman's six-year tenure. He achieved premium rental rates versus competitive buildings.

As landlord representative for Sumitomo Corporation of America, Mr. Gochman brought its asset, 600 Third Avenue (New York City), from 82% to 95% occupancy, achieving premium rentals as compared to its competition in the Grand Central sub-market.

Michael Gochman holds an MBA in International Business from Pace University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Vermont.
