two facilities in New York City and one each in Boston, Toronto and San Francisco. TechSpace Ventures, a venture capital fund was also established. The Company merged with a competitor in 2002 after which time Mr. Gochman founded Gochman Group Inc. TechSpace remained Gochman Group affliated company until his investment was sold in it's entirety in 2009.

In addition to brokerage and advisory services, Gochman Group focuses on value-added investing in a broad range of real estate opportunities. The firm advises and invests equity capital on behalf of high net worth individuals and institutional investors, and will at times align itself as Operating Partner in the acquisition. Investment companies with whom Gochman Group has worked, and continues to work with, include the largest global private equity firms in the world. The company also acts as advisor to parties involved in the structuring of real property joint ventures, asset re-capitalizations and engages in all aspects of the real estate development process.

Mr. Gochman Holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Vermont and an MBA in International Business from Pace University.
